Cold weather has delayed spring cleaning on Broadway, but a developer has plans in the works for downtown Lorain.
Main Street Lorain/ Lorain Growth Corp is proud to be a partner in the grant that allows this economic catalyst for the city of Lorain. Our partners, the City of Lorain, Lorain Port Authority and Charleston Village are excited about the marketing of these properties and promoting their development. This is hopefully a game changer for Lorain and will coincide with our downtown development plan that these partners and Main Street Lorain already have underway. The new hotel, the Broadway Streetscape, revitalization in the 9th, 8th, 6th, 5th, and 4th St corridors and much more to come
